Gulf Coast Town Center: Named by the Estero Chamber of Commerce as 2008 Business of the Year, the mall, which sits on the southwest corner of Alico Road and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, features more than 120 stores covering an area of more than 1.1 million square feet. Gulf Coast Town Center in San Carlos Park opened in Oct. 2005 and has been expanding ever since.
