A New Affiliation for Marie
I have made the decision to move my Realtor affiliation to Downing-Frye Realty Inc., a locally owned company with offices in Naples and Bonita. This move will allow me more autonomy in the management of my business, particularly in the area of marketing. It will enable me to focus my marketing budget into areas that show results, such as internet marketing, and limit or expand print media based on desired outcome. If an area is not providing the desired results, I will be able to more quickly change media.
In this market, there have been many changes and I am certain, more to come in the future. I have been dedicated to providing exceptional personal service and an unmatched commitment to your real estate needs, and in order to maintain and enhance this high level of service I felt a change was necessary.

It was ranked 85th in the top 100 companies in the nation in 2007, reporting $1.3 billion in total sales, with a total of 1,972 transactions.
What this means for my clients is that in addition to my continued personal service, dedication, and commitment to your real estate needs, with Downing-Frye I will also have the backing of the top real estate firm in the area with a large network of in-house realtors. Clearly support from a large organization is an added benefit for my clients.
