Foreclosures Drop in Cape Coral and Fort Myers
No longer first in the nation for foreclosures, Cape Coral and Fort Myers enjoyed a 3% decline in the number of new filings during August and now ranks #6 in the nation. On a positive note, all signs are pointing to an improving market for residential real estate in Southwest Florida.
