Deerfield Beach, Florida-based Konover South LLC is the developer of Marketplace at Coconut Point, which has plans for retail, a sit-down restaurant, a fast-casual restaurant and a grocery store on a nearly 10-acre site.

Konover South is working directly with Lucky’s Market to become the anchor tenant of the proposed Estero project, said Jeff Williams, senior vice president of development for Konover South.

Lucky’s Market currently operates a store off of U.S. 41 in East Naples, which opened in January 2016.

The company plans to open another store in Collier County off of U.S. 41 and Wiggins Pass in North Naples. In Lee County, Lucky’s Market has plans to open stores in Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
